2. Join the Project Paper class to develop an application project
The Project Paper is an application-based project where learners are guided to apply all acquired knowledge to their own business, project, or the organization they manage and work for. Through the Project Paper, learners develop a business plan or improvement plan and accumulate 60 UK / 30 ECTS credits, bringing the total credits earned in the MBA program to 180 UK / 90 ECTS credits.

Academic and Research support
1. Academic support system
Learners receive support for spell-checking and plagiarism checking to ensure originality before submitting their work to the institution.
2. Support for APA/Harvard formatting and writing style
At the master's level, especially in the MBA ODL program, students are required to complete assignments following international writing and referencing standards such as APA or Harvard. Before submitting their work to the institution, learners receive guidance and support to ensure proper formatting as required by the program.

The Project Paper is the most important assignment in the MBA ODL program as it requires the integration of knowledge and the development of either an improvement solution or a complete business plan.
To ensure the effective implementation of the Project Paper, SIMI Swiss has developed detailed guidelines and closely collaborated with the local partner (if applicable) to provide necessary support.

4. Provide standard templates and formats to support the assignment process
MBA ODL learners will be supported by providing templates and standard formats that can be readily used for:

Swiss Student Card and Malaysian Student Pass issued by the respective authorities
Student Pass (Malaysian Student Visa)
Although the MBA ODL program is delivered online, learners are still granted a Student Pass (Malaysian Student Visa). This is an exclusive privilege for the ODL program, which is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and accredited by the national body MQA.
With the Student Pass, learners are officially recognized as government-certified international students in Malaysia and enjoy the associated benefits of a Student Visa.
The Swiss Student Card (Issued by the Competent Authority)
The Swiss Student Card is an essential card that ensures students' rights similar to those of full-time students in Switzerland, while also serving as proof of their academic journey with a fully accredited institution like SIMI Swiss. In Switzerland, only institutions with the necessary licenses and full operational capacity are authorized to issue this card.
The Swiss Student Card, issued by ISIC Switzerland, is co-branded with SIMI Swiss for its students. Since its inception in 1953, the ISIC Swiss Student Card has been the only student card officially recognized in Switzerland.
Students enrolled in the MBA ODL program with SIMI Swiss are eligible to receive this card. They can use the card to enjoy international student privileges, such as discounts, fee reductions, or even free access to certain exclusive services in Switzerland and globally.

6. HEAD Recognition
HEAD – Higher Education Accreditation Division is a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB), responsible for carrying out audits and conformity assessments only for Higher Education Institutions at both the institutional level and programmatic level.
HEAD conduct our audits in accordance with the IEC 17065:2012 (Conformity assessment — Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services) and international regulations for higher education sector such as European Quality Assurance Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) and Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area.

7. ISO 21001:2018 (AQS UK)
ISO 21001:2018 specifies requirements for a management system for educational organizations (EOMS) when such an organization:
- a) needs to demonstrate its ability to support the acquisition and development of competence through teaching, learning or research;
- b) aims to enhance satisfaction of learners, other beneficiaries and staff through the effective application of its EOMS, including processes for improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to the requirements of learners and other beneficiaries.
All requirements of ISO 21001:2018 are generic and intended to be applicable to any organization that uses a curriculum to support the development of competence through teaching, learning or research, regardless of the type, size or method of delivery.
- ISO 21001:2018 can be applied to educational organizations within larger organizations whose core business is not education, such as professional training departments.
- ISO 21001:2018 does not apply to organizations that only produce or manufacture educational products.
